THE CHEF
Otis Wong is a contemporary chef and sculptor based in Milan. His research combines Eastern culinary techniques and European ingredients, with a focus on seafood, fermentation, and a minimalist gastronomic language.
Through site-specific pop-up dinners and collaborations with cultural spaces, he explores the relationship between taste, matter, and perception.

Architect, dj & record collector based in Marseille, Marwan is in charge of RA/OI, a music label and a youtube channel focusing on unearthing forgotten and unknown music from the past.
From NTS Radio to Bar Part Time mix series, or more recently for Radio Tempo Nao Para as a resident, Marwan delivers consistently radio shows that navigate through a wide genre of music that he considers to be breezy, free & easy.
